BOOM Patrol DELUXE

The holofoil tanks and captains look way better in person than in the photos. We got four players going in under ten minutes, and the molded tokens are chunky enough that nobody knocked them over mid-game.

Played this with three friends last night and the plastic molded tokens feel way sturdier than the cardboard bits in most games at this price. The holofoil captains really pop on the table, though I did spend ten minutes just admiring them before we started.

The holofoil tanks are the standout for me—they catch the light on the table in a way that makes every skirmish feel more cinematic than I expected. Setup took a bit longer than the standard version, but the plastic tokens fit snugly in their spots and the extra table presence is worth it.
