My kids lose it every time a cat boops an ornament off the high boughs, the whole table erupts. It's an expansion though, so don't grab it without boop the Halls! or you'll just be staring at cards you can't use.

The ornament-bopping mechanic is way more chaotic than I expected, and my group spent a solid hour just trying to knock pieces off the tree. You do need the base game to play, which I missed at first, but once we combined them it was worth it.

The cat-miniatures are noticeably smaller than the base game's pieces, which took me a minute to adjust to when stacking them on the tree board, but the "boop off the highest bough" mechanic genuinely changes your strategy mid-game. It's a solid add-on if you already own the original and want a fres
