ブープ

My partner and I played four rounds straight the first night. The push mechanic where placing a kitten shoves its neighbors sounds simple until you realize every move sets up three new threats. Genuinely one of the best two-player fillers I've picked up in years.

I grabbed this thinking it'd be a cute little filler game, and then my roommate and I spent an hour hunched over the bed trying to outmaneuver each other. The boop rule is simple to explain but meaner than it looks, since shoving kittens around can set up a chain you didn't plan for.

The push mechanic is brilliant—every placement creates a cascade of tiny cat nudges that keeps you re-planning your whole strategy. I’ve lost three games in a row and still can’t stop smiling while plotting my next move.
